Neck pain can be caused by a number of conditions. However, one of the most common ones is an alteration of curvature of the neck. This is often caused by activities of daily living that people don't even think of as an injury. However, constant microtrauma is many times more damaging than a one time injury. Alteration of the neck curve occurrs when the hole of the ear is not directly in line with the shoulder. The only way to determine cervical/neck malfunction is to palpate the neck, do a posture evaluation, and take chiropractic specific x-rays. |

| My name is Dan, I'm a 41 year old psychotherapist. I saw Dr Smaldone for chronic lower back pain and acute upper back pain. Right away I felt comfortable with Dr Smaldone and I was pleased with his level of experience, skill and precision. He has a strong, determined approach, often utilizing creative ways to carry out adjustments. I have been receiving chiropractic care for over 20 years and he was the doctor who adjusted my ribs, even the ones under my collar bone. |

| During my care as a patient I referred a friend to Dr Smaldone. She immediately connected to the experience and soon found lasting relief from excruciating back pain. I recommend Dr Smaldone without reservation for any and all chiropractic care. |
